Shipping
1.16 Your order will be processed and delivered without undue delay, no later than 14 days after your order has been placed.
1.17 Please allow for up to 10 working days for delivery following the dispatch of your order.
Delivery - Charges and Timescales
1.18 We respect your confidentiality. All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging, and we will never make your details available to any third party company for marketing purposes. Delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of products ordered, the service you select, delivery address and unforeseeable disruptions to delivery services. Where delivery has not been successful and no response from you (the customer) has been attempted to rearrange the delivery of your order then additional charges will apply if the order is returned back to us ( Including VAT). Delivery services selected may vary if there is an issue with the delivery company selected or we can see a faster delivery service is available to match your requirements selected.
Promotions and Promotion Codes
1.19 If you have a promotional code, you need to enter this into the offer box on the 'Your Bag' page and click 'Apply'. Promotional codes can be used once only per customer as defined by their email address and/or credit card address and/or delivery address. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with certain other of The Lickerish Shop offers. Codes offering a discount when you spend a certain amount can only apply to a single transaction and exclude delivery charges and selected products. Please note that promotional codes also have an expiry date, after which they are not redeemable.
1.20 Promotional codes remain the property of The Lickerish Shop (www.thelickerishshop.com), are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form. We reserve the right to remove promotion codes at any time and without warning. Additional offers may not be available in 'Other shops' or with any third party web site unless otherwise stated.
Payment
1.21 We only accept payment in UK Pound Sterling (GBP). Customers outside the UK will be billed in Sterling.

1.23 All transactions made to The Lickerish Shop will appear on your bank statement as TLSRetail in order to keep your transaction discreet.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
1.18 All customers have the right to cancel their order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
1.19 Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods.
1.20 To meet the cancellation deadline, please notify us via email or phone about cancelling the order before the cancellation period has expired.
1.21 If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.
1.22 Products should be returned in their original packaging or promptly at your cost or using the free returns form supplied with your order. If you return goods, please always retain proof of posting for your records. This can be obtained from your Post Office and is free. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us.
1.23 If you are considering cancelling or wish to cancel a product you have ordered from us, please be aware of the following terms that apply:
Applicability of cancellation rights: Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products and services including: The sale of customised goods or perishable goods, sealed audio or video recordings, or software, which has been opened, or goods that by reason of their nature, cannot be returned - (Items such as underwear, or cosmetics where the seal has been broken).
Additional cancellation terms: Where Additional Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to any product or service you have ordered from us, these may also govern your cancellation rights and you should review these carefully
Damaged or incorrectly supplied products: You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must note the details of any damage or error in supply on the delivery documentation or if you are unable to view the items on receipt, you must inform us (by post, phone or email only) within the fourteen day period. You must return the products to us as soon as possible after informing us that the products are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.
Damage during the course of returning products: If you choose to return any products to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them in transit and, for this reason, we recommend that you obtain proof of sending. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you (or not to refund any amounts attributable to) such loss or damage.
1.24 We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.
1.25 Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the order, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your cancellation.
1.26 You will not have any right to cancel an order for the supply of any of the following goods:
(a) medicinal products or services that are either dispensed on prescription or are available free under an NHS arrangement.
(b) a contract for passenger transport services - such as bus, rail or flight tickets.
(c) the supply of goods or services where prices are dependent upon fluctuations in the financial markets, which are beyond the control of the retailer.
(d) the supply of goods that are made to the customer's specification or are clearly personalised.
(e) the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly - such as a delivery of fresh flowers or meat.
(f) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
(g) the supply of accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental services, catering or services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance - for example, hotel bookings, courier services, car hire, restaurant bookings and theatre tickets for specific dates.
1.27 In addition you will lose your right to cancel if you:
(a) unseal goods that are not suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
(b) unseal audio, video recordings or computer software that were sealed at the time of delivery.
(c) combine goods with other goods after delivery so that they become inseparable.
Policy Depth
1.28 Due to the obvious health and hygiene implications with adult goods. For the goods to be returned the following terms have to be met.
1. The goods must be unused.
2. The goods must be returned in original condition & packaging.
3. Goods that are not heat sealed in the box are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
4. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
5. The goods must be received back within 30 days from the day of your order.
6. Lingerie and items of clothing are non-refundable.
7. Any discrepancies or damaged items need to be reported within 36 hours of being delivered.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods. If items are returned and have not met the policy then charges will apply to send the goods back or be destroyed.
Password / Account Security
1.29 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. The Lickerish Shop shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password, account or order related emails.
Abandoned Cart Service Messages
1.30 If you have closed your browser with items in your shopping basket, we will send you an electronic communication to inform you that this has happened.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
